Minutes of the IQAC meeting held on 18-09-2024 at 1:00 pm

A meeting of IQAC was help on 18.09.2024 at 1:00 pm in the principal’s office. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the college Principal, Mrs. Shailja Chhabra. All the members of IQAC were present in the meeting.

Agenda of the meeting:

·         Discussion on preparedness of the college lesson plan for the session 2024-25.

·         Discussion regarding Admission completed till date.

·         Action plan for Academic year 2024-25.

·         To chalk out the Academic Calendar for the Academic year 2024-25.

·         Action plan for the Academic year 2024-25 for feedback taken and feedback analysis report.

·         To discuss about Parent Teacher Meet, Mentor Mentee Session, College Magazine.

·         Approval of API scores

·         Any other important issue with the permission of Chair.

·         Establishment of internship cell.

Minutes of the Meeting

·         The minutes of the last IQAC meeting were approved unanimously.

·         IQAC committee reviewed the admission made in all Streams till date.

·         All the Incharges/Hod’s/Conveners are directed to submit action plan for the session 2024 – 2025.

·         All the in Charges were directed to submit the lesson plans. They were directed to plan activity calendar for the academic session 2024-25 and submit it to IQAC till 15.09.2024 for the preparation of institutional academic calendar.

·         It was appreciated that an Orientation Session was successfully conducted for the newly admitted students.

·         The committee directed the feedback committee to present the Feedback taken report on the basis of feedback data collected from different stakeholders so that action plan for the betterment of the institution could be framed by IQAC for the Academic session 2024-2025

·         It was unanimously decided to enhance collaborations with industries, other colleges and other professional bodies for the overall growth and skill development of the students

·         Students and faculty to make optimize use of library resources.

·         Parent Teacher meeting and Mentor Mentee Session to be conducted in September

·         To chalk out the internship plan for the 1st year students and submit a tentative report of the same.

·         The committee reviewed the API scores of the faculty members.

Action Taken Report

·         Progress of NAAC was reviewed.

·         IQAC committee appreciated efforts of all the staff members for smooth conduct of admission and orientation programs.

·         IQAC committee appreciated afforts of all the staff members for smooth conduct of felicitation programme of pass out students.

·         IQAC reviewed the API scores of the following faculty members after going through the office self-assessment score sheets.
