IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

 

1. Govt Grant Purchase will be done through approved source or GEM portal or as per SNE directions. In case of exigency, purchase may be done through open market at competitive rates as per Govt rules.

2. HOD's /Incharges of concerned committee will do local purchase (out of funds) as per rules.

3. All entries must be done in the college stock register (Govt Grant) or Funds Stock Register. Bursar will ensure this.

4. Any advance taken must be settled within one week of date of purchase.

5. Incharges of various committees must maintain record of all college activities and it must be kept safe & copy must be given to NAAC/IQAC cell for documentation.

6. In case of absence of incharge/convenor of a committee, next person would work as Incharge/convenor.

7. Incharges/convenor will be responsible for execution of the work assigned to concerned committee.

8. Students/Staff MIS/HRMS/ERP data will be shared by convenor/Incharge with the concerned persons whenever need arises.

9. All concerned must note and sign the duties notified.
